Kentucky Football Preview 2015 on SEC Network

Assuming they think Georgia finishes 10-2 and from the looks of their picks they seem to think Tennessee will finish around 9-3 or 10-2, it would seem to me that they are predicting Kentucky to finish 3rd in the East. That would be a HUGE jump from the last few years.
Agreed. Finally we're getting some praise. I'm torn between us going 7-5 or 8-4 but I will gladly take either. Let's freaking go baby!
It doesn't work that way, you have to do it on the field, but I could build a case for him already being coach of the year, from some of the hype coming out. If he only wins 8 (I would be very happy with that) he could deserve it.
Look at where we were when he took over and where we are now.
Whether Stoops would be SEC coach of the year with an 8-4 record would depend on what other SEC teams accomplish. But in my view, he should be. In order for Kentucky to go 8-4, a lot of things will have to go just right. This would require a great season by Towles and the receivers, an awesome job by our coaches, and more than our share of luck too.
Glad to see they actually took a good look at our program and the talent we have (though young) on our roster and are seeing the same things we are. While I don't see us going 8-4 this year ( I would take that in a heartbeat) I see us going 7-5. A few years ago if they were doing a show on our football team they probably would have spent 20 of the 30 minutes talking about basketball, they only mentioned it once tonight. Here's hoping the team takes the next step and makes it to a bowl game this season. Can't wait for the season to start!
Each show is apparently designed to pump up that team's fanbase. I have watched several of the shows and they have us losing to some other SEC teams on that team's "focus" show. Kind of reminds me of the old race track ploy. Pick out someone and give them each a tip on the winner of the race. Trying to get a "tip" after the win. Simple, you give every person a different winner and of course one of them has the winner - lols!

Best odds bet for UK I can remember. Heck, we are only 500 to 1 to win the National Championship. I really like the SEC odds. If you believe, sell your ticket to one game and bet $100 on the cats to win the east - if they do - collect $10,000!

This is actual analysis and not just the same crap regurgitated every year. These guys are close to the SEC and see what we have done and doing here. They aren't just going by "Its UK of course they will lose" line. They see what Stoops has done and they see how much better we are going to be. Our recruiting is on par with all but 2 of the SEC teams and Stoops has had 2 years to get his program set. They see that we are going to be really good this year.
8-4 is right at what I was expecting but others have been ridiculing this. 8-4 is where we should be. 7-5 will be average and below that we will not be meeting expectations.
