Kentucky Basketball: What Each Projected 2015-16 Starter Brings to the Table

It will be important for this team to remain healthy. If everything meshes they will be a threat in March.

Good article. Got my fix anyway.
I also stuck around and read about teams in danger of missing the dance next year. Great breakdown in that article. I didn't realize that WI, NC St. , and Ohio St. Lost so much from last year.

Those teams will be drastically different this year. Good read.

Good article. But I would still rather have Poythress at the PF with Lee being the reserve for he and Skal. Put either Mulder or Matthews at the SF (assuming we don't get Murray). That way we have someone theat can come off the bench for the frontcourt and the backcourt.

I don't think Lee will start, but if you are doing an article on our top 5 players, he should be in there.

Mulder or Matthews will likely start at the 3 spot to give us more depth inside.

Even so, I think those five will be the ones on the court most of the time with the game on the line.

Not too sure about that lineup when the game is on the line. Lee would be a huge liability at the free throw line. I would look for the starters to be the ones on the floor with the game on the line. I would want the best free throw shooters and more ball handlers. He would be great on defense. Just not on offense.

Yeah I didn't realize Ohio state lost that much either. I'm glad though the schedule is already tough enough without them being one of the tougher Ohio state teams that I have seen. I was saying UK will likely beat them but after reading how much they lost I will upgrade that to UK being most likely to beat Ohio state in December on a neutral floor.

Depends on how Matthews and/or Mulder perform. If neither one can step up and play then we may be forced to play Lee in there.

Hopefully, one or both of those guys come through or better yet we have Murray in there.

If we get Murray, our starters also finish the game. Three ballhandlers that can make big shots and knock down free throws would win us some games down the stretch. Throw in Poythress and Labissiere that can make free throws and we will be hard to come back against if we have the lead near the end of the game.

Man, I hope we get Murray.

Thanks for the info Preacher,we should have a pretty solid team next year, if we get Murray, even better:cool2:
