Kentucky at Auburn (Friday)

That’s the problem with the all out shift...dude knows he’s only got to look inner 3rd, bc anything outside is an easy slap hit.

I get a kick out of the Auburn announcers talking about Kentucky like we are a great defensive and offensive team. Stupp is doing well. A great outing so far for him.

Stupp back out after the lightning delay, gets two outs, a double, and then a ground out to end the inning.

Why doesn't Church take at least one pitch in that situation? New pitcher and he weakly grounds the first pitch out to end the 6th.

I'm watching on ESPN+ and the audio is 11 seconds behind the action.

Stupp pitching the 7th and gets 2 outs, gives up a double, and then gets a ground out. Miller has 3 of their 6 hits so far.

The good news: we have only two strike outs so far through 7. The bad news: we have only 3 hits so far through 7.

Bottom of the 7th, Stupp gets two outs, gives up a double, followed up by a single scoring the tying run.

Rhodes homers off of the first pitch right after Anu drives one to the back of the warning track for the first out. Kentucky up 3-2.

Collett singles, Harmon singles between the short and 3rd. It is raining harder. 1st and 2nd with one out.

Kessler strikes out, called strike. Church gets a homer to right scoring 3. Estep doubles with two outs. Ritter walks.

Schultz flies out to end the top of 8th inning. He may have just broke his hitting streak.

Cam Hill HBP, Rhodes lines out to 3rd and Hill gets back. Cam then steals 2nd easily.

This is probably getting out ahead too much if we're able to win back to back SEC series to start the SEC schedule. Mingione deserves credit.

Collett strikes out so two outs. And Harmon matches him to end the 9th. Now who comes out to pitch for us? Holt Jones looked good.

Holt Jones gets one high pop up, then gives up a HR. Follows with a HBP. Need to take him out.

Harney gets one out and two walks. Now we have bases loaded with just one out. Sheesh.
