Hard to remember a game against a P5 opponent where the CATS were laying a number that big, but we catch a Vandy team without it's starting quarterback and now it seems the flu bug has hit the team as well.

So who's willing to lay the 18 and take the CATS this week?

It wouldn't stun me with them having guys out but any kind of blowout from us would be a surprise. I mean we struggled with n. illinois.

That is a lot of points for a conference game in Nov with injuries all over both rosters.

I don't bet on games but I contemplate point spreads from time to time. The line surprises me because it is three scores where two TD's (plus PATs) and a FG fall short of the line.

I have a hard time with a line that requires UK to outscore a conference opponent by 3 TD's (or 2TD's and 2 FGs) to make the line. Our offense is hardly firing on all cylinders and our kicking game is all-but-unreliable, so I don't get it.

I was guessing a line somewhere around the two TD line to split the betting money between 13 & 15 points.

Bottom line - I would happily take any victory with no added injuries at this point in the season.

GBB!

I never bet on Cats games (for or against), but we’re really not a team that puts our foots on teams throats and beats them by 3 or more touchdowns. I’m not betting anything, but if I were I’d lay the house on Vandy +18. Imo

Kentucky will beat Candy unmercifully.

I wonder if that includes Levis not playing? I suspect he will see very limited action or none at all.

Would be very comfortable with Vanderbilt if I had a gun to my head. Only thing that would make me nervous is Vandy’s offense being stupid via turnovers. Stoopsy will drain that clock like a mad-man, dude loves that crap. I can’t switch the channel for three seconds without missing two or three Tennessee snaps. I can go downstairs to the Keurig machine, make me a cup of coffee, take a pee, and still not miss more than one play with our offense.
