Get to see KAT play tonight against OKC. Doesn't Kantor play for them?

I don't keep up with a lot of the NBA stuff but could someone tell me if KAT is in the running for ROY. I've heard Matt say how he's a dd machine and that he's doing good.

Yeah KAT's performance has been REALLY good.

He's got the highest PER, and by a long shot too (For Rookies, obviously).

Kanter is a bench player for OKC. He does a good job rebounding. Not great defensive player.

greenberg said KAT's long-term ceiling was a more versatile tim duncan. bilas had okafor #1 on his board, and told philly radio hosts after the draft that "anyone who thinks towns over okafor is a no-brainer has no brain"

another whiff from middle america's basketball oracle. if he shows up for the broadcast of the next draft (and he will) he should be taken off the stage in cuffs (he won't)

there's also some weirdo campaign for towns to make the all-star game featuring his cat

he's been even better than i expected, and i thought he was only a shade below the brow as a prospect

Wiggins is pretty much a glorified DeMar Derozan and it's a little worrying. His defense isn't as good as it was praised before the draft, he still can't really dribble and he still can't shoot the 3. Shooting less than 30%. Towns is arguably already a better player than Wiggins right now imo

i share your disappointment with wiggins. i expected him to have a broader fingerprint on games, and to eventually become an elite wing defender

towns is like a 10.5 out of 10 in every box. some dopes thought okafor was a better passer because he waves the ball over his head like a turkish army officer taunting starving armenian children--towns is on a sabonis/webber level. there are big guys who like to dribble around, but towns has the feel for the game of a guard. and he's physical and intense

god i love him

what a relief to hear, in 2016, from doug collins that russell westbrook is a net positive as a player

i really wasn't sure
