I think people are a little bit too focused on shooting %.

Give me a basketball player. We need to have our best starting five improve their shooting. If not, it doesn't mean much.

At best these guys will get wiltjer treatment.

If the kid decides he wants to transfer, you take him. I don't agree with coaches actively recruiting possible grad transfers but if someone wants to try to go somewhere where the lights shine brighter then I've got no problem with it.

It's no different than taking a bunch of players that might be one and done, Cal doesn't like it, but it's the rule and Cal wants the most talented players.

I believe Cal has said that he would only take a grad transfer if his coach had been fired. He didn't want to steal a player.

If you read what Cal had saidz he said that he would not be recruiting any grad transfers.

That is A LOT different than saying that he wouldn't sign any.

Basically, if a graduate transfer wants to play for Kentucky, they have to reach out first. Cql will never "steal" a grad transfer by recruiting him away from a team
