JR, I know you handled UNC for a lot of years at their site. They were in pretty dire straits 3 years ago, they had some bad seasons under Fedora but seemed to have found a QB and really explosive system. Fedora has always been thought of highly at USM but it looks like his recruiting has dwarfed UK in the same span for Stoops.
UNC has always had some great players in comparison to UK but not that great of a difference. Classes have been similar in stature.
I personally think they have done a better job finding a QB and having a great system. I think they have recruited the Carolinas and South in Ga and Fla, Carolinas are underrated for talent. I prefer the Southern players to the Ohio guys we are getting who have not panned out and look slow. UNC looks faster and has some athletic players on D.
Where lies the difference in these 2 similar programs minus the easier ACC etc.. Is it Fedora and his staff, big change with Gene Chizik being DC.
