I think the wizards are the better team as well. I don't believe either are a top 4/5 team in the west though. Unfortunately neither will be able to win more than 1 game against Cleveland .. just my opinion (hope I'm wrong )

I doubt they beat GSW this year, but they didn't even get steamrolled in 2015 with both Irving and Love out. So, I think it will be competitive again this year.
