The man has taken us to four Final Fours, won us a title recently, and gave us all a reason to be more interested in the NBA. I'm scared about finishing off this recruiting class like the next person especially after the letdown in the Final Four, but then it hit me: We still got the biggest recruit we could land in any season, JOHN CALIPARI!! I can handle a slightly down year as long as he's still with us, because he'll have us back on the mountaintop again sooner than later!!!!

Calipari is a proven, elite coach and recruiter. His record at Kentucky has been phenomenal. College basketball is more competitive than ever. Maintaining an elite program is a lot harder than most people think. Even more difficult when your best players leave every year. Other coaching staffs are doing their best to get where we are. We will not make the FF every year. Even Calipari had a hiccup with the Harrow Goodwin Noel team, and it wasn't just because of Noel's injury. Personally, I don't agree with most posters about next year. I don't believe Calipari will miss on all the top uncommitted players. I think next year's team will be good because Labissiere and Briscoe are special players, and because I think another special player is coming. But no coach, even Calipari, can produce a FF every year. There will be some years when our team isn't as good as this year, 2012, or 2010. Our fans have to understand that and support the program with the same enthusiasm.
