What an incredible family of athletes and good people. I went to Corbin with Jerrys son Steve. Steve was a great athlete as well. He was a star at EKU and went on to play 2-3 years with the Bengals. It always amazes me what this family, out of little old Corbin, achieved and what they meant to UK.

Rodger Bird- UK football, jersey retired, Def rookie of the year Raiders
Jerry Bird- UK basketball, jersey retired, hanging in Rupp

Only Rodger is left but they won't be forgotten.
