Against second team defense, CJ Conrad caught TD pass from Drew Barker. Conrad and Long gonna be weapons this year.

Having 2 new tight ends with good hands and catch skills will help our quarterback and change our ability to impose our will in the middle of the field. Our offense will be better this year at every position.

To add to this he seemed to be a committed blocker as well. Held his own vs Ware and Daniel a few times during sat. scrimmage and thats no easy task.

think Kyle Tucker posted the stat, from 2008-2014 combined the catches by EVERY tight end for UK did not match what Jacob Tamme did in 2007. a position we have sorely lacked production and consistent playmakers.

seems like every year the last 5 years a name would be talked up bigtime in Spring & August....then come actual games they apparently were not good enough or trusted enough to actually play.
