JD HARMON kudos JD

That tackle on Cooper was really a game saver. I also agree that the "holding" call against him was crap. Cooper was acting like crazy on that one.
3rd and goal and Harmon makes a great play on Cooper no gain FG no TD....agree a game changer, the holding call was so bad I thought that might do us in.

But this team found the will and way to win, just a great night.

Harmon showed flashes in the past. Those are starting to look common place this year. He could have big Jr and Sr years and get a look in the League. Not bad for a former walk-on!

History
Paducah Tilghman High School's predecessor was the Augusta Tilghman High School, which received its name from the wife of Brigadier General Lloyd Tilghman, an officer in the Confederate Army. In 1919, as a memorial to their parents, the sons of General Tilghman erected a statue of their father in Paducah, and gave the city $20,000 to buy a site for a high school. A site on Murrell Boulevard (currently South 10th Street) between Clark and Adams Streets was chosen, and the Augusta Tilghman High School was opened on September 19, 1921, replacing the former Paducah High School. In 1956, the new Paducah Tilghman High School was built alongside it. It honors General Tilghman. Paducah Tilghman High School is now located at 2400 Washington Street.

On that play PC went in motion from the other side with Harmon following him the whole way never missing a beat, great call by the staff and great execution!

kid is just a playmaker, makes positive things happen seemingly every game, has instincts for the play developing that you just can't teach

JD is having a hellacious season through two games. Against ULL he had in interception, forced fumble, and returned a kick-off 50 yards. Then, the huge tackle against SC that essentially saved us four points in a four point victory. He is probably our defensive MVP, if not the overall team MVP, through two games.

I'm glad everything is finally starting to click for JD, really hope he keeps playing like this from here on out. He's been our best player on ST coverage, I'm glad he's finally making plays as a DB. Honestly I thought he would have been playing at this level last season, but some people just take longer to develop. Keep ballin out JD!

Thought he played well last season until he blew that guy up and Stoops sat him the next game. Then he just kinda did his own thing after that and did not play well at all.
