For whatever reason Kentucky didn't really make a run at him. We offered late after everyone else did and a few weeks later he committed to Illinois. I guess he sees playing time availability at Auburn but I have serious doubts Harsin is still the coach there at the end of the season.

Wonder if they are plotting to have a garbage truck unload on his lawn? Planting realtor signs? Some crazy stories over the years in the SEC.

He's used to it by now I imagine, he's bounced around since leaving UK...many, many stops. I think he was on Stoops first staff, claim to fame then was he was a young DL coach who coached Zadarius Smith in JUCO then brought him to UK. Don't think he's recruited anywhere near that level since. I wish these young coaches luck but it's a jungle out there.

Pretty dangerous gamble to commit when the coach is gonna be fired & then new coach in December tells you & all other commits he is voiding all offers made by previous staff
