I am not going to bore the board by listing all of the reasons but until the NCAA removes Mark Emmert nothing will change, other than the college game will continue to deteriorate.

He should not have been given the position in the first place but now that the mistake has been made it needs to be corrected. Get him out of there.

The biggest name coach that should come out and speak up: Jim Boeheim.

After what his team went through (enough penalty or not), for UNC to get off cleanly and not lose wins/titles?

Boeheim should be the most outspoken.
Yes he should as should someone at ND,Rick should be working on his speech as well.It probably won't happen soon but at some point it will.UNC's title might be as big a curse as it is a blessing for them, people might begin to whisper or even talk out loud about things at UNC.

He won't be fired. He is dictator for life just like Hitler and napolean.

I don't know if he ever gets fired, but he is definitely not a dictator for life. The University Presidents could get rid of him tomorrow if they desired.

I often think he is just the front man whose job is to be front and center and take all the heat for the rest of the NCAA.

Read an article once that showed accusations of corruption have followed him from job to job. NCAA knew what they were getting, and they are happy with it. Takes sleaze to cover up sleaze.

He just got an extension and a raise. The only people that matter (university presidents and to a lesser extent AD's) think he's doing a great job. Business is booming.

The key figure in the UNC case isn't Emmert, it's SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey. He's the Chair of the Committee on Infractions and (to UNC's chagrin) running the show now in the investigation against UNC.

I hope he is running the show and not ruining the show.

Wish Emmert would get some Game of Thrones torture.. that is all he deserves. He is awful.

Deep pockets have a way of influencing the right people.

He's more evil than Hedy Lamar.

Fun fact, Hedy Lamar, and actress, invented an improved traffic light, a tablet that dissolved to make a carbonated beverage, and most importantly a frequency-hopping spread spectrum technology, which eventually ended up on Navy ships and paved the way for Wi-Fi and bluetooth.

March madness is the biggest stage for college sports and the time that the casual fan watches. It's the perfect time to gain new fans but they NCAA and refs blew it...again.

Duke can once again be a contender for a title now they have 2 guaranteed games in state.

No way South Carolina will beat them next time!

I'd be more ok with the leader of the Taliban becoming the next president, than Emmert staying in the position for another day.
