Is Wenyen Gabriel more of a 3 or a 4?

Admittedly I haven't seen him play in person, but even then I'd defer to scouts opinions of him over my own. The more I read about him the more I get the vibe that he's more of a 4 with some good perimeter skills than a true wing player. Wondering what others thoughts are.
