Is it time to start considering Ulis an SEC POY candidate?

I know Simmons is more than likely the front runner, but the way Ulis has been playing I think its closer than some think.. Thoughts? With his scoring average and an assist average of over 6 per game thats hard to compete with.

I don't know,if he (Ulis)continues to do what he has done in the last 5 or 6 games and we beat LSU at Rupp and in SECT(or we win SECT) then maybe.

Man I CANNOT wait to get LSU in Rupp and dismantle them. Especially after Simmons pretty much talked trash after their win! I always love beating LSU because for whatever reason they always give us trouble....but this year in Rupp I hope its a mass blowout! If I had to choose one player on my team I would take Ulis over Simmons. Of course Tyler is my favorite player of all time that has wore the UK blue. It was Jack Givins before Tyler.

Lsu has received more air time this season from espn than the last 10 combined. All because of Simmons. He is a special talent and the race is for second place. Ulis is deserving bu will not win. it will be a tragedy if he is not first team and he should make some AA teams as well.
