Penny is mad that he will have to pay more then what the G-League will pay to get players that might quit on him. Poor lil Penny...Memphis with the same wins with Penny as Tubby
He's preparing Memphis fans for what will ultimately be an annual inability to replicate the Wiseman class, but it won't have anything to do with the G League and he knows it.
Ironic that Sam Mitchell who was with Penny in '19 season is going to be the HC of the Developmental Team.
