This speaks volumes on how good the SEC is this season. I’ve said several times this year an 8 loss SEC team could get a 1 seed this year. Toughest league top to bottom I’ve ever seen. Combine that with other conferences being notoriously bad this season and the SEC teams should be prepared come tourney time.

It also speaks volumes for how dumb the AP voters are. Ranked 8 going into the week and lose to a team outside of the top 10 that was missing 2 key starters then win another game and somehow climb 4 spots

I'm not sure but in 2018 UNC was the 6 seed of the ACC tournament and a 2 seed in the NCAA tournament.

I dunno but it shows how brutal the SEC is right now. I really don’t hold our conference record against Pope, it’s hard a can be and we are treading water hoping we get two key guys healthy sometime.

Other than beating Florida without Zakai and Igor, not sure what UT has done to garner consideration for a #1 seed.
