Guess he committed to Ole Miss during All-American Bowl yesterday. I think we've been more likely to pick up a transfer than a February signing HS recruit since the close of early signing.

Not surprising, he was an Ole Miss lean for a long time. Guess all those DBs Kiffin puts in the NFL won him over.

You guys forgetting OM was pretty big on the NIL a couple years before it was legal, those times are what ultimately got Hugh Freeze fired, not for the car dealer giving out money, but for lying and using the school phone for personal use. I have no idea but based on lane's recent interview before the bowl, I'd be shocked if they were. He openly hates it and wasn't shy about it. Who knows what boosters are doing but it was surprising to hear him discuss it so negatively

He doesn't want other people to compete with their payment system. NIL makes it just one more thing he has to keep up with
