Wall isn't in his prime yet, but I would take this year's version of Wall ahead of any season Rondo has had, simply because he's a better player.
The things Rondo did well--defend, control tempo, set up the spacing of the floor, move guys to spots to succeed, and find the right guy at the right time--Wall does as well or better now. He's bigger, he's faster, he's stronger, hell he shoots it better. He's also a good leader and face of your franchise.
You put this John Wall on those Celtics teams, and that's a three-peat caliber squad.
lol....didn't mean it that way. I'd take Wall up to this point vs. Rondo in his prime. When Wall hits his prime and gets some really good players around him.....look out.I agree about Wall not being in his prime yet. Good point, that makes my question not very good anymore. Thanks. Haha.
