That's what has gotten them into this current situation. If they'd been paying closer attention to their program and the little things that have been gurgling up from the swamp over many years, they might have made some corrections to prevent something like this.

It's funny to me they think Cal has to cheat. Cal can promise millions to a kid IF they get in here and work their tail off and it all happens legally as soon as they hear their name called on draft night...
wow just read the first page of that and they for real think the FBI is basically in nike's pocket, that nike is just "eliminating their competition" and my god to think that an assistance coach has the ability to get 100 grand is just delusional. the asst. coaches might be the contact person (so they are the fall guy) but there is no div 1 head coach that doesn't know everything that is going on.
Yes, he will be sorely missed. We've been saying for many years, Calipari doesn't need to pay players to come to UK. His proven track record sets him apart. Actually, anyone who is intelligent enough to connect the dots and follows recruiting can see that Calipari has backed away from multiple big name targets for reasons unknown to the public, but we end up finding out after the fact that there was some kind of scandal surrounding these players. The evidence shows that Calipari doesn't play that game.
