BUT, the more I think about it, I prefer a sophomore Damion Collins over just about anyone.
This kid has uber athleticism and length. I mean he can skywalk like nobody I’ve seen at 6-9/6-10 in a long time.
He’s smart, already in the system, takes coaching well and I believe is the type kid that will make a monumental leap from year one to year two. Some added strength and seasoning and freakin’ lookout.
If he’s a stock then I’m definitely buying. Again, I love what Bona brings to the table but if we miss on him I believe we’ll be just fine.
Not being a sunshine pumper here but rather looking at the potential we already have in the barn.
We just might be framing this thing all wrong.
