What kind of seed would that get us? 4 or 5? Of course I'm not counting the SEC tourney. Guess that would have a big impact if we went one and done there.

Depends on the quality of wins, 3-7 seed.... Going to be like 30 major conference teams with such a record on selection Sunday

We'll have at least 8 losses and honestly, at this point. I'd be thrilled with that because it's possible that we could have 10 or 11.

With 8 losses, we'll have tough games in the tourney from the first game on.

I'll say this though...

Like "2014", we'll be a team that other teams won't want to see in their bracket!

22-9 and win the SECT to finish 25-9 - 4 or 5 seed
22-9 and lose in the SECT to finish 2x-10 - 7 or 8 seed

23-8 and win the SECT to finish 26-8 - 3 seed possible
23-8 and lose in the SECT to finish 2x-9 - 5 or 6 seed

What we need is to some how finish at least tied with A&M for the regular season because that matters more than the SECT. That seems pretty daunting at this point. We may have to win in College Station for that to even be a possibility.

I think the SEC regular season champ will be slotted as a 2 or 3 seed automatically.

I'm not sure the championship game of the SEC tourney matters at all. I remember when the Brandon Knight squad won it and the committee already had their seeds selected before that game was even played.
