I know I'll get blasted, but what are fans if we can't arm chair coach

The bad
Where has our D gone? I know Camp Cal focused on offense, but man D looks awful, even lazy at times. No excuse for lack of rotation and defending at the rim with what we have.

Lack of platooning is hurting things. Teams are not fearing having to play essentially 2 teams now. We won't wear teams out about halfway thru the 2nd half like we were. I know we lost Alex, but insert Derek or Dom and keep the platoon system. In close down the stretch games, rotation can be cut, but why mess with what was working. IMO we've lost our mental and physical edge.

Some of the sub patterns are head scratching.

Concerning stat. Last 2 games we are killing it at the 3 pt line, but we are struggling otherwise. If anyone had told me we would be killing it from 3, I'd have said we would be absolutely destroying a team.

The good.
Devin Booker. Wow. If anyone deserves non platoon mins, it's this guy.

Played much harder last few mins.

Maybe just a January funk?

Agree with you Seth. I enjoy the observations and discussions. Hate the people who try to restrict discussions.
