If you give them the recognition over the things you are saying,then you are admitting they are relevant,but last time I checked Arkansas hasn't been relevant in basketball since the early and mid-90's..
Better to just let them be the butthurt,little cry babies they have turned in to and show dominance on the court,the only way they have won in Fayetteville was with crooked officiating.The Hog POsters were banned I believe over being cocky asswipes on here last year.

Cal has had a rough time there but the only reason we should win there is because we are UK. The other stuff, frankly, is rather petty.

A close loss in 2011 (when that team was losing close road games to almost every SEC team on the schedule), and a 2013 NIT loss. I'd pump the breaks on UK having issues there. UK is way too good this year and Ark is way too bad...UK big.

I've liked Arkansas off and on over the years. They've had some tough/gritty players, and also some guys I've even really liked to watch play at times (Qualls), and have also created some memorable games with UK, which can't be said of every SEC team. That being said, it seems like most of their fans just despise UK whether we are good or bad. I don't really get the feeling that they have any "SEC Brotherhood" fondness of our team, ever. As a result, over the past 2-3 years they've become one of my least favorite SEC fanbases.

I'm sure not all their fans feel that way, but enough obviously to be heard which isn't hard in these days of social media. Cal has taken recruits from all over the country, and now from the complete other side of the world. I don't recall seeing this kind of stuff from Georgia fans, or St Johns fans, or any other schools which might have been a local choice by some of our recruits. They understand why those young men made the decision that they did. We've had to adapt to it as fans, but we know a lot of these guys only want to play in college 1 year and then go pro. No other coach has had the success doing that for them Cal has. I'm sure that's what Monk wants, and Cal will make that happen for him. Hopefully he can be part of also hanging another title banner a possibility Arkansas would be unable to give him.

How can you respect any program that hired Petrino? Its absolutely hypocritical for any Arkansas fan/radio member/associate to complain about anything. Arkansas also took Beleima from Wisconsin after he was a head coach for what 1 year? They have no scruples.

my former respect was due to the 2003 SECT in New Orleans - all the Arky fans we met THERE were very cool, respectful and knowledgeable. Of course, they only played one game that weekend...

Some of the arky fans resent for UK lingers from Eddie Sutton saying "he would crawl to UK to coach" still hurts. (Although that ended up with a big bite on UK's a$$)
