If we wait and all the programs pull elites coaches we will be in deep crap.

This risk isn't going to speed up Cal's departure. Getting people even more worked up isn't going to speed up his departure.

And if Drew or Oats goes to either one of those programs, they have questionable brain cells to say the least. I think both will stay where they are until something a bit more prestigious pops up (say, like, Kentucky?). But it's not going to be this year, and maybe not even next year (unfortunately).
