how much do you think we will see? we fed them more than enough Wildcat last season. i wonder if they plan on returning the favor.

Kemp seems to be the obvious Wildcat guy, but Boom could probably do it too.

I don't know but watching Towels run the ball twice in a row made me just hang my head and wondered why they even called that.

Based on the one pass JoJo threw last year (if you could call it that) I would say Boom would have to be a much better dual threat.

i sort of meant how much do you think Pharoah Cooper and USC will feed us their wildcat? I assume we are going to try it once or twice and see how it goes and go from there. Patrick Towles was pretty ineffective against USC last year

Well it sounds like it will be the battle of the Pharaoh's then... Pharaoh Cooper and the American Pharaoh going at it on the field... I like that.

More than likely only a handful of plays, maybe 4-5. The RB's will run 3-4 times from WC also, so all told, not much. Zone read will be the staple play.

I think cooper runs a lot of wildcat. I'd say with the way last year went and their qb and injury issues that it's payback plus necessity.

I hope they run that all day, our young guys can make stops on those straight ahead plays.

Very unlikely we run much wildcat. Dawson has said hes never ran the wildcat so I dont expect to see much of it. If Connor Mitch struggles like he did against UNC I'm sure they will use it a good amount. They run it with a few different guys too not just Cooper. Stoops has to prepare to stop the zone read as that appeared to lead to most of their offensive success against UNC.

Lorenzo Nunez will play quite a bit this game. Running QB that can hit the deep ball. who he throws it to is the question with injuries everywhere on offense.

Kentucky has historically struggled to defend athletic/mobile QB's.
