- That's assuming Poy, Lee, Ulis, Skal, Murray and Briscoe declare. I personally think 1 possibly 2 come back.

- Im sure Cal will add another guard and wing for depth to the class.

I don't think Poythress has a choice, well, he can choose not to declare for the NBA draft but either way he won't be back in a UK uniform next season.

If hawk and mulder are in rotation next year and are relied upon for any meaningful minutes, that won't be the best scenario

Why does Alex not have a choice?

I think Alex could apply for a medical redshirt for last year since he missed most of the season. However, I have no idea if there's a time limit on when you can petition for it.

He's a senior and I don't believe he has applied for a medical redshirt.

I believe it's been stated that you apply for the medical redshirt after your normal eligibility has expired. Either way, it's a moot point. He won't be coming back in any event, because if he's to have any sort of basketball career, NBA or overseas, another year here is just another year he isn't gettin paid.
