Every team in the d1baseball.com top 1-5 lost this week, and except for Oregon State, they all lost multiple times. But then again, so did we.

We have to move up some. Maybe put us at 4 or 5 and Tech at 6. Something like that.

Looks like it will be a consensus top 5 matchup in fayetteville this week as UK is coming in around #4 and Arkansas at #5. This will be a whole different animal, winning on the road in a tough SEC environment.

Agreed. This is a huge series and if UK could take two out of three, it would be a big confidence boast heading into the SEC meat grinder.

lol I think Arkansas is already a part of the meat grinder. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

This is a crazy 3 weeks of baseball. We started this past weekend at home playing top 3 Tech and then head to Arkansas to face a top 5 team before coming back home to face an Auburn team with just 1 loss on the season so far.

I was just looking at Arkansas' schedule. Before the Cats hit town, they play a couple of midweek games against the Texas Longhorns. Wow!

Should show us where we are. Just cant fall on our face. Hopefully the pitchers are good and the ball is jumping on the bats!

I thought UK was catching a break by avoiding LSU and Ole Miss and A&M this year, but Auburn is red hot and rising in the rankings (I think they're around 15 now with A&M at home this weekend)

Meanwhile LSU is 11-6 with an RPI of 115 and a SOS of 124.
