Are not included in NCAA punishment? Miathang played and there are photos of him with the hookers.

I think that's an excellent question. Maybe the appeal will allow the NCAA more time to fix their oversight - if it is an oversight. Perhaps Mathiang is one of the "ineligible" players and once they show all the games that ineligible players played in, they will have to vacate some games in those years as well. I would love to see that. They deserve it.

this was my thinking...I sit on a state regulatory board, and at least 30% of the time when someone appeals; additional issues are found and either new charges are brought or the current sanctions are made worse

because he sat out the 2016 season and regained his eligibility. UL did their best to try to keep that on the down low but I knew and told you guys that a year and a half ago.

I remember them sitting him for a spell, but how does make him magically re-eligible?

I remember Mathiang sitting out with what they called an ankle injury. I thought it was suspicious at the time, and was surprised to seem him on the court again.

Powell says in the book that he "did not participate", but he's pictured in the book with a hooker under each arm. I wouldn't be surprised to see the NCAA come back and include him as a 4th ineligible.
