How can Scout have Final Recruiting Ratings now?

Scout just announced its Final Rankings with UK #1. Duke was ranked 5 or 6.
UK had players ranked # 10, 11, 14, 16, 22, 39 and 86.
Duke had players ranked 4, 19 and 62 (or so). but is in the mix for players ranked 2, 3 and 7. If Duke gets one of these players it would jump to second spot. If Duke gets Bamba and Knox it would have players ranked 2, 4, 7, 19 and 62.
I think that would be the top class.
Why doesn't Scout wait until the race is finished?

They had their final Player rankings updated. The Team and class rankings will be updated later.

Yeah, the team rankings update throughout the summer as the classes change. The player rankings are final.
