Yeah that's a crusher. Mississippi State has athletes. Newman was out today but msu has some guys that can play but I guess it doesn't matter who the coach is that program just never seems to have any consistency.

I hated to see Bama lose today wanted Jimmy Taylor, Obashon(not spelled right) and Riley Norris to get into NCAA but I would imagine that got them booted out, but it was their own doing they should have won at home.

Yeah, they pretty much are. 7 SEC losses with a crappy overall record, and an 8th SEC loss 100% sure ensured on Tuesday night. Respect your opinion, but agree to disagree.

This is the SEC in basketball. Just embarrassing losses to bad conference teams, and this one was at home.

Bama has a nice #32 RPI rating. That will help them when committee is looking at bubble teams.

Their RPI is going to plummet. Losing at home to a sub 100 RPI team will drop you in the rankings significantly.

I will say this for Bama...they have an "easy" schedule on paper post UK. They could finish 10-8...and maybe if their RPI is high by regular season's end...maybe a slim shot. . That said, watch them lose at UGA or lose at home to one of AU and Ark.
