Last night Hoak was 8-13, 201 yards, 3 TDs, 1 pick. Has a nice frame and good throwing mechanics. He weighs 175 pounds and he will redshirt. After 2 years in our program, he will weigh 200-210 pounds and he can be a dangerous quarterback in our offense. With Barker being a freshman, Hoak won't be needed to start until his junior season in 2019. If he can hold off Mac Jones, which won't be easy. Nice problem to have.
