as far as ncaa rules are concerned, unc incriminated themselves with the wainstein report. which is what makes the ncaa's lack of involvement so ridiculous. it was all right there with witnesses and everything, and was even just damage control. willing to bet the ncaa literally didn't know where to start or how to approach such an enormous scandal. there really is no excuse, and their silence has actually over the last few years gotten comment from many sources. it was very telling.

Frustrates me how it seems they are getting a pass, while it also appears that if this were UK and silence was the reaction, there would be an outcry of foul play from every sports network.
I'll admit there's still a bad taste in my mouth from the Kanter suspension. Seemed grossly unfair then and now.
Folks like us will never know what type of prism the NCAA views things from.
