Heard that law enforcement was investigating threats made on Higgins. Any updates on this? Any arrests? I'll bet it wasn't even a UK fan.

What threats? Higgins made all that up to play the victim, and get some of the heat off him for butchering UK. If there is an arrest made, it will be Higgins, for filing a false complaint, and police report.

more chance woodencheater gets titles removed for paying players--than cheathiggins claims being taken seriously.

No arrests--likely NO threat!!

just another bogus "call" by cheathiggins.

it is very curious that no one has been arrested yet I'm not sure why it would take very long to trace a phone if the story is true. No one should threaten a life over a ball game but if he did make this up he should go to jail.

If someone answered his phone saying FBI, but they weren't the FBI, now that's a worthy investigation. May be like Capone. Can't get him on the more egregious stuff but maybe on something like tax evasion (Capone)/feigning FBI (Higgins camp).

And gets syphillis?

Had someone threaten my life once. Actually said he was gonna kill me. Went to the magistrate to press charges, magistrate asked if he put his hands on me or came at me in a physically threatening way. I said no, she said he was exercising his 1st Amendment rights. No charges. This was in Virginia. Not sure how phone threats are looked at.

Wouldn't it be federal law? I'm sure most threats are from out of state.

I got arrested once for public intoxication because I got kicked out of a Godsmack concert in Pikeville for being drunk.

Is that what you're asking?
