I can't find an instance of it happening. These poor deluded UL fans really think they can fight this in court.

Louisville better think twice about fighting this in court. Andre McGee would probably be compelled to testify and more dirt may come to light. Of course it would be amazing if they called Pitino to the stand and there was an "A Few Good Men" scene where the lawyers get him to admit to ordering the code red.

you know if this goes to trial they could not hide Pitino's knowledge of this. I am going to enjoy watching UofL dig an even bigger hole. I mean when your argument is still basically "we bought cheap stripper" even after the ncaa said that the price didnt matter. its also funny that UofL had to hire strippers....I mean you're telling me that the basketball team could not throw an awesome enough party that would provide free entertainment.

Bilas on M&M in defending uncheat this morning said if the NCAA hammers them, they'd sue and probably win. But UL would not; difference HE says is that the NCAA is within its boundaries with the UL scandal, but that the uncheat scandal is an academic issue beyond the reach of the NCAA. I think he's sabre-rattling at the order of Skipper, who signs his checks.

This whole saga, as it plays out for both schools, will determine whether the NCAA lives or dies, IMO.

A Duke Law degree isn't very impressive at this point.
