Calm down folks, we will be fine....A great win against a team that probably beats everybody else in the country tonight. We may not have dominated, but tonight's game shows just how good we are even when not at our best.

I didn't think that Ole Miss could play us like that. But they did and then some. They are a very good shooting team. They played very well. Won't lose very many playing like they did tonight. It will be interesting to see them play again.

usually when teams beat us they go 5-5 in their next ten games lol. they might have shot their wad in a loss here, but if this game doesn't give them hunger and/or confidence moving forward then nothing will. i expect it will be another bubble year for ole miss. it doesn't have to be that way. winning even more in their ooc would be a good recipe for them moving forward. not saying dayton, charleston southern, tcu, and western kentucky are bad teams but come on.

that's the key - playing as they did against us. Oftentimes, those teams just don't play anyone else like they play us

Andy Kennedy said after game if he could just bottle the effort they put forth last night, they would be great the rest of the season. You know all those kids dream of playing in Rupp Arena on TV in front of 23000 fans and one od two things will happen they will either freeze up or they will go ballistic(usually what happens) when they play the rest of SEC games they will play in empty arenas with little or no chance to make NCAA tournament so they have nothing to get hyped up about. I will put a disclaimer in there Ole Miss COULD make the tournament it is up to them.

I don't feel like many of our fans are overreacting at all, although I haven't spent a lot of time on the board since the game. It would have been a fairly bad loss to take record/RPI wise, especially at home, but I think most the fans can see that Ole Miss was flat out earning everything they were getting. It's frustrating when the Cats lay an egg and some team that shouldn't beat us just keeps hanging around. That wasn't the case last night though IMO. We were playing well, and they were just matching us shot for shot. We obviously didn't play great, but we certainly didn't play poorly.

WKU beat Ole Miss in Oxford...Moody was the player to make more than one 3 there (6-11) - the rest of the team was 2-11 from 3 vs WKU

WKU had a 30-9 run in the 2nd half..
