With our cupboard empty, no offense Brad, we have Green, Shia, and PJ(point Forward) , that is it for a back court.. I believe Cal has got a team that is a complete rebuild. Without Briscoe, a national Championship is out of the question. Even if we end up with Knox and Bamba, I realistically don't see a Championship for '18. This will be the first year, during Cal's Reign that, I have zero belief we can get #9. I want to eat crow,pls let me. We have no, nada experience returning...None at all. Wow, I knew Zay wants to go NBA, just don't see it happening for him

i think the SEC will be better (more competition overall) but the rest of college basketball will be weaker overall. UK will be in the hunt come tournament time. I'm not worried.

Green, Diallo, and Johnson start. Alexander and Baker or Smith off the bench. That's two good shooters (Green, Johnson) starting and a good shooter off the bench ( Baker or Smith). Hopefully Diallo continues to improve his jumper.

That's a young, but talented backcourt.

We really need Johnson, IMHO. Experience and shooting will be at a premium for us next year.

Despite UK receiving plenty of early pre-season hype for next season, UK will lose a lot of games unless we do two things well as a young team and that is play really good defense and take care of the ball.

One positive sign to me is the guys coming in overall seem to know each other well and seem to get along well. i think if the chemistry is right (which it seems to be so far) they will be fine. The defense may take a bit of time to get going but I think it will. I'm sure they will take a few losses but they will be right there come tournament time. Bottom line to me is there's not a roster out there that I would trade with. My two cents!

There was once a time when I was worried about Wall and Bledsoe leaving...then along came Brandon Knight and Doron Lamb. Then I was worried about Knight leaving...and Lamb stayed and we got Teague. Then I worried about Lamb and Teague leaving...and we got Harrow (ok, bad point). Then along came the Harrisi, Ulis, Booker, Fox, Monk...

I'm not worried anymore.

I don't know how to feel if Diallo goes to the draft...I don't want to be a hater, but...Johnson would be a good get. Knox would be great...Is any of the 2018 planning to reclassify? Any Jucos of note?

Our D is going to be insane next season . Green ain't going to have a bunch of turnovers but who knows what we do as a team.
