Great article on WCS.

HERP DERP THEN WHY DIDNT HE SOMETHING SOMETHING WISCONSIN GAME IF HE SO GOOD HE DISAPPEAR HERP DERP

Sorry, just thought I should cut the morons off at the pass.

Imagine the most violent dunk you can. Picture a 7-footer with a guard's grace catching a pass near the elbow, stepping hard toward the rim and obliterating a guy. The crowd roars, the poor defender falls to the floor. Put yourself in the dunker's shoes for a second.

If you're Willie Trill Cauley-Stein and you're playing in the NCAA Tournament for Kentucky, the proper reaction here is a total stoneface. You essentially posterized the rest of college basketball. No need for histrionics.

The 21-year-old big man pointed out postgame that he was looking down at the victim's head, wondering why on Earth anyone would even think about jumping. Correctly, he called it “nasty” and noted that Cincinnati didn't put the dude back into the game. Then he went back to the hotel and — more on this later — proceeded to do something his roommate on the road, walk-on Tod Lanter, would never forget.

There have been stronger big men in both NCAA and NBA basketball. That said, I have no recollection of a big man with the mobility and speed that WCS has. It will be interesting to watch him put that ability to use in the NBA.

Sorry, but you shouldn't be calling anyone a morons on this board.

Still butthurt that some teenage boys lost a basketball game that you use to define your identity, I see? Carry on.

EDIT: looking at your posting history, I see a lot of poorly written sentences like "If that what it take to win a title" and "Trying to convince his self, us & NCAA & hope it work." That doesn't even fly in first grade, buddy, and I know because my 6 year old daughter can compose a better sentence. You're exactly the kind of moron I was speaking of in my original post. You make everyone look bad by pretending to be our peer and posting at a sub-grade school level. You're an embarrassment, and I won't take anything you say seriously until you write like an adult.

That is a great article and makes you really want to see the kid succeed at the next level. He may not become a superstar but I'll sure be pulling for him to reach as high a point as he can and have a long successful career. Willie will be very missed at UK this year for sure.
