I don't frequent A Sea of Blue, so I'm admittedly uninformed on how reputable it is, but I'm not sure the writer knows squat about UK football recruiting. There's nothing he reported that couldn't have been gleaned from Justin Rowland's reporting here and following Twitter.

Thanks for posting the link, I enjoyed it. And I don't care where he got the info, that was a very good summary and also some new info to me.

The only thing I would ask is IF his player ratings were from Rivals why not use the much more definitive numerical ratings, but of course they aren't always easily available and most want to take the easy route.

The numerical rankings deal would just make for some bad reading in a blog. Plus, most casual fans don't know what the 5.5 vs a 5.7 difference is anyway.

Well then they just aren't very serious or they are pretty dumb, JMO.
