Good CBS article comparing Levis and Allen

The comparisons to Josh Allen have been made a lot. The success of Jalen Hurts should also be viewed as a positive for Levis. Hurts was an even less effective less trustworthy passer than Levis at the college level.

But given the time & coaching & teaching, Jalen grew to be an NFL QB who threw for 300 yds with 71% accuracy in a Super Bowl.

Most of these quarterbacks don't play under Center in college. They haven't seen a pro style offense till they get there.

levis has been playing pro style the whole time. He's played under Center ..

I posted back during the season how much Levis reminded me of Allen having watched Allen a few times. Besides similar throwing comparison, he has that same fearless attitude when he runs with the ball and isn't afraid to deliver punishment. Very similar stuff to what I've seen from Levis.

I think the team he would be a great fit for would be Pittsburg. They don't have there long term QB on the roster right now IMO and a guy like Levis with his grit and heart would be a fan favorite from the git go IMO. However that's highly unlikely since the Steelers are sitting on the #17 spot. If I had to venture a guess I would think he winds up with the Colts.

I think Pittsburgh likes Pickett.
For sure. 1st guy in, last guy out. He studies so much they have to kick him out. The sky is the limit as he has the desire and the entire fanbase is cheering hard for him.
