We are less than two weeks away from seeing these Cats in action in Toronto. We don't have the current rosters for the other participating teams, but looking at last year could give us some insight on what to expect.
Kentucky will effectively serve as "Team USA" for the GLOBL Jam tournament. The tournament as a whole will be U23 (meaning players 23 or younger).
The other teams are: Team Africa, Canada, and Germany.
I was able to find Team Canada's roster from last season (when Baylor represented Team USA). I have included noteworthy players below.
Team Canada 2022:
Marcus Carr (Texas)
Charles Bediako (Alabama)
Ryan Nembhard (Creighton/Gonzaga)
Emmanuel Miller (TCU)
Quincy Guerrier (Oregon)
Many Euro pros are also included on the roster.
This should be a great test for us and, like Baylor, I do not expect to get out of this tournament unscathed.
I am anxious to see the full rosters when they are available.
