Every home game, they run a video feature on the big screens of all the former Wildcats who are in the NFL. Chris Matthews is a glaring omission. Mathews plays on both offense and special teams for one of the best teams in the league; he actually catches passes, as recently as last Sunday against the Packers; and if Seattle had won last year's Super Bowl, he would have been a strong candidate for the game's MVP.

Somebody has dropped this ball big time.

I have wondered the same thing.... Can't help but think he is left out because of his father's behavior at the BBVA Bowl when the dad was standing behind the sidelines with a large sign and being quite vocal with Mitch.... I don't have any pictures ;-) but I was there in person to witness it. May have nothing to do with it but it might too...

3-1 team problems...

But yeah, his dad acted a fool at the bowl game in Birmingham.

What was his Dad doing at the bowl game? I know he's a cop in LA so it would be odd for someone with a respected job doing something bizarre.

Alex Legion's mom on the other hand...

Uhhhhhh....Chris Matthews has been the first one shown every time.

Speaking a of dads acting a fool. Anybody seen Boom Williams dad? That dude is crazy. His crazy is a good crazy though. Great to see that kind of passion out of a parent.

I think he was in town working on the alphabet murders.
(?) Label me ignorant. I know it was an attempt at humor but I'm not too sure I see any connection whatsoever or how that may be relevant from even a sarcastic standpoint

They also have failed to include Larry Warford during this segment. Someone needs to do their homework.

I know that some people in this thread have not seen Beverly Hills Cop 2, a surprisingly good sequel.
Well I'll be damned. Googling "Alphabet murders" two hours ago got me nowhere except women murdered in Rochester, NY but "alphabet beverly hills cop" was gold. Ignorance proven. Thanks for that

Matthews and Warford been shown every time I have seen the "Kentucky in the NFL" montage, all three games.
