The Dawgs look legit. Fast and physical. They will be a tough out this year. Up by 28 over ULM.

They have got sloppy after going up 35-0. Good news for Chubb is that he still gets reps due to this mini 'comeback" of sorts so he can keep his 100 yard+ game streak alive.

UGA is definitely the big favorite in the east, but I keep seeing Auburn and Alabama on the schedule and thinking ouch. They need to split those games, and beat up on the weak east if they want to be a legit playoff contender.

I think the opposite. I don't think Georgia looks like a division title winner yet. They may yet win, but they need to play better than they are today. Their running game is legit though.

Georgia is the most talented team in the league. It isn't a question of what they play like when they are on it's a question of what Georgia plays like on a off day. If Georgia plays at the best for 12 games then they'll be unbeaten at the end of the season and contending for a title. Problem is for the past 5 years or so they have had at least 3 games where they have been so bad you could challenge them with a decent JV team. With Georgia the challenge is consistency not talent.

They are not more talented than Alabama. That's just silly.

Georgia is the most talented team in the east and it isn't close. Knowing Georgia they will drop at least one game they shouldn't, but they'll be in the SEC Championship giving Bama/Auburn a run for their money.

Georgia has top 5 talent annually but find a way to lose 3 games a year usually. If they had Saban or Meyer they could win a couple of national titles.

It's actually closer than you think. It shouldn't be, but Richt has been a somewhat inconsistent recruiter despite having Atlanta in his back pocket. With the level of talent in Georgia they should probably be a top 5 recruiting class every year. Instead they are usually a top 10 recruiting class. Still a very talented team.
