UGA doesn't match money from somewhere else. We get it Lou. They still pay more in NIL dollars than we do. They still have awesome facilities and fill up their stadium every saturday with a boat load of people. Stoops didn't say NIL was the be all/end all, but he did say it makes a difference. We are on the road to success but expecting to be anywhere near UGA after a few years is absurd.

We have never been in their ball park for personnel with Georgia even before NIL. To jab up at programs like that for us and other similar programs you have to make up the gap and win one by out coaching for one game.

That just isn't true, according to a UK poster Leary is getting 40k a month,no idea if that is correct, but no one in Athens is getting, Bowers gets some but not much, his family is in the wine business.

I am guessing UGA loses a QB after the season, likely Vandergrif. AU and FSU have already approached, maybe i should say rep has approached family.

Every single estimate/ranking for NIL programs I have seen has UGA on top of UK when it comes to NIL rankings/programs/ money. Every single one Grump. Check the On3 NIL site from an article on 6/29/23. Sports Illustrated in dec of 22 ranked georgia 5th. I live in Atlanta. The Georgia fans would laugh if I told them the UGA collective wasn't as good as UK's. You are out of your mind if you think otherwise.

Bottom line: I am an historical CMS supporter, but he could not be more wrong about the UGA death spiral and NIL.

• NIL had nothing to do with bone-headed, cheap-shot personal fouls that took a conference road game that was "possible but not very probable" - to - "impossible" in the first quarter with drive stopping PFs on Offense and drive extending PFs on defense.
• That is a function of good order and discipline, and THAT responsibility is on our multi-million dollar/year HC and his highly paid assistants.
  • That is on YOU Coach! ...time to look in the mirror.

Georgia has more depth but we have enough talent on our roster to compete now. Depth played no role as we got steamrolled from the onset. Poor game planning and coaching was culprit #1. Gotta love when coaches deflect all responsibility.

Georgia doesn't pay anymore "NIL" dollars now than they do 20 or 10 or 5 years ago...What they did is now legal. Lived in Athens for 20 years....$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$flowed to football players...Nothing has changed.
