Can't speak for anyone else, but I was using it to distinguish between a hyperbolic "no one", eg "no one listens to Disco anymore" and a i-want-to-make-it-clear-how-silly-your-statement-is "no one", as in find me one single person who would trade a great draft night for a title and I'll give you my salary.
