1. Consistently one of the best recruiting classes in the B10, generally top 20 or better.
2. Proved he can coach while winning at Vandy.
3. Has to play OSU every year which is a high mountain to climb.
4. Has won 91 games in 11 years and lost 49.
While he's been successful, I'd certainly describe his tenure as underwhelming considering the expectations when he arrived from Vandy. Just can't figure out why he hadn't gotten PSU to the next level. On paper, he's had the talent to do so.
