I think Derek has done a great job making the most of this opportunity for him to get more PT and show what he is capable of. I have enjoyed watching his game grow. Good kid.

Turning into a great rebounder. Just has to continue his effort. He helps space the floor on offense. Great free-throw shooter. His defense has picked up, but he will get beat at times. We can live with that. Hoping he continues pwning newbs.
