Florida Trying to Adjust With O-Line Injury

I never thought the day would come, but I actually feel a little bad for the Gators. they barely had an o-line before this...

I truly hate to see a player get seriously injured, even when I dislike the player and/or the team he plays for. OTOH, I have no sympathy for the Gators as a whole. They have to play the hand they are dealt, just like we do and every other team in football.

Yeah its really hard to feel sorry for a team that's beat us for over a quarter century.

We HAVE to beat them this year. Glad we get them early while they are still learning their new system. However, that streak must end THIS YEAR. I phone our guys go into that game with a giant chip on their shoulder. If we manage to beat SC the week before, we will be going into that game with some serious swagger ready to make our mark.

So let's say we start the season 3-0 with wins over SC and Florida. Are we knocking on the door of the top 25 after that?

Probably not as most analysts will most likely be saying, "what's wrong in Columbia and Gainesville? not, WOW, Kentucky is really moving up this season"

I think it's more likely to end the season in the Top 25 than to get there during the season, but it could happen if everything goes really, really well. If the Cats start 5-0 it would likely happen.
