Florida is definitely better than they’ve been given credit for all offseason.

People complaining about the rogue timekeeper.
Probably better for us that UF got the win, but Utah drove the field to inside the 10 in about a minute before throwing an Int on 3rd and goal.....down only 3.
If you improve the most between game 1 and game 2.....that would be good for us because we have some OL issues to shore-up.

If we’re in close games, Special teams is the difference maker. Our special teams was exactly what the title suggests. 100yd KO return, 50yd FG, big punt return, and punt block.

Utah was moving to score. Gators couldn’t stop them. QB made a bad decision trying to force a pass to win. Happens.
You never play for OT on the road man, especially against an SEC team in one of the hardest places to play.
Know we don’t exactly like Florida but that was an exciting ending. Once again, I’m glad college football is back.
Why do people think crod has any shot of playing? We have heard 3 to 4 games at least all off season.
It was just one play where the clock continued to run after it was downed, but the refs corrected it before the next play was snapped.
Frankly, it probably helped Utah get settled because they called 3 timeouts on that last drive alone, besides that.
Even more now because Stoops says Jefferson and McClain get some dents.

I'm concerned like you. I watched us and Florida play tonight. Our Oline better pick it up or we are in trouble.
Utah was ranked 7th in the country going in to the swamp tonight.
We won’t be able to stop them. But their defense will give up some points if we have C-Rod and Levis plays his B+ game at least.

Same concerns. But...I also had them last year after we probably should have lost to chatta fricken nooga. A lot better opponent tonight and I also think Florida played above their talent level. A lot of things went against itah that could have had the score in their favor by double digits.
Either way I expect a one score game. We have playmakers. I'm really hoping we get big returns from key players which cuts down the issues. Florida is a big hurdle to a special season. Go cats
Nah, WAY more things went against Florida. Utah was given 4 timeouts in the second half. A clearly incomplete pass gave Utah 3 points. I could go on but there's no point. Honestly, what went against UTAH?
Did you see that Edit: App State/UNC game? I thought the score was a misprint at first. App State dropped 40 points on them in the 4th quarter. UNC needed to score 22 just to hang on.

I was very disappointed in our OL play last night. They did much better on that last TD drive, but I was unpleasantly surprised at how Miami was able to rush Levis for multiple QB hurries and sacks. The rushing stats speak for themselves.
No way we beat the Gators next week without significant improvement in the OL.
